Project Runway Season 19 was the turning point. Before the cameras, before the runway, HOB was a secret the right people knew. After — it wasn't underground anymore. This is where HOB stopped being a secret.

During a residency at Columbia University, HOB was given something rare — space and resources to build something real. 700 square feet of raw potential became a fully realized artist loft: new floors, custom storage, a lounge, and room to create without limits. The build was a community effort, close friends showing up with tools and time. It was also the first time stairs and a loft had ever been built by these hands. YouTube University filled in the gaps. The result was more than a workspace — it was proof that with the right people around you, you can build anything from scratch.
A phone call and a free afternoon was all it took. Alexey Kim (@sidewalkkilla) showed up with a camera, Santi (@_santi_) showed up with the energy, and HOB showed up with the pieces and ideas. Sometimes the best shoots are the ones nobody planned!
